About the IMA Patient Portal
Our office strives to be a state of the art facility
while providing the highest level of service that will
ensure an efficient process for your medical needs and
care. Our patient portal will allow for an efficient
method of communication with our office. This includes
making appointments, getting lab results, requesting
refills on medications, and emailing your provider.
We urge you to request a secure log on and password
now to begin utilizing this efficient method of communicating
with our office.
If you are a new patient, you will receive a call from our office after you have requested a portal login.

In order to obtain your lab results, you must log into the portal.
Please allow 1 week for results to be posted to the portal after your appointment
Get your lab results by reading the directions on the portal home page.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription refills to be completed.

that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient
including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID.
